Xiamen: You can apply Work Permit Up to 5-years!

The evaluation results, as well as the results of international professional qualification catalogs and title evaluations of foreign talents, will serve as the basis for the city's application for foreign work permits in China.

Requirements
1. The certificate of professional technical and skill level recognition for foreign talents can serve as the basis for applying for work permits for foreigners in China.

1) Those who have been recognized as having a basic level of professional skills or work skills in Xiamen can apply for a valid foreign work permit (Category B) within 1 year;

2) those who have been recognized as having intermediate level of professional and technical skills can apply for a valid foreign work permit (Category B) with a validity period of 3 years in China.

外籍人才专业技术、技能水平认定书可作为申请外国人来华工作许可的依据。经认定具备初级专业技术水平或来厦工作技能水平的，可申请有效期1年内的外国人来华工作许可（B类）；经认定具备中级专业技术水平的，可申请有效期3年内的外国人来华工作许可（B类）。

2.Foreign high-end talents who have obtained the qualification of deputy senior or above professional and technical positions evaluated by the unified organization of Xiamen can apply for a valid foreign work permit (Category A) within 5 years and enjoy the convenience measures related to the "One-Card" service for foreign high-end talents.

外籍高端人才取得由我市统一组织评审的副高级以上专业技术职务任职资格的，可申请有效期5年内的外国人来华工作许可（A类），并享受外籍高端人才服务“一卡通”有关便利化措施。

3.Foreign talents with professional qualifications within the "International Professional Qualifications Recognition Catalogue (Version 2023)" jointly issued by the Xiamen Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security and the Xiamen Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology can be used as the basis for applying for work permits to come to China, identifying the corresponding category of foreign talents, and can apply for a foreign work permit with a maximum validity period of 5 years.

外籍人才持有厦门市人社局、厦门市科技局联合发布的《国际职业资格认可目录（2023版）》内职业资格可作为申请来华工作许可的依据，认定相应外籍人才类别，可办理最长有效期为5年的外国人来华工作许可。

4.According to the 2023 version of the International Professional Qualification Comparison and Certification Professional Title Catalogue jointly issued by the Xiamen Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security and the Xiamen Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, those who have been recognized as intermediate professional titles can apply for a foreign work permit (Category B) with a validity period of 1 year.

通过厦门市人社局、厦门市工信局联合发布的国际职业资格比照认定职称目录（2023版），比照认定为中级职称的，可申请有效期1年内的外国人来华工作许可（B类）。
